The detailed MFAM SPI Packet Structure can be found in the MFAM module user guide (in the USB drive shipped with the product).
The detailed Dev Kit Ethernet Packet Structure is shown in Appendix B of the Dev Kit user guide (in the same USB drive).
If you plan to develop your own code to parse the MFAM data, an example code in both c and MatLab can be downloaded below:
