Does the MagElement have the functionality to record the acquired data onto a device like an internal SD card?

It does not, although we will consider adding this functionality in the future as a licensed feature. What is your application for this saving-to-SD functionality? A marine base-station?

Thank you for your response. I do not have a specific application in mind yet, but I thought that being able to save data without a computer would make it more versatile for various uses. Additionally, having data stored internally would provide peace of mind in case of any Ethernet communication issues that prevent data acquisition.
