Questions about international equipment returns to Geometrics for repair or service. International shipments must be accompanied with a Commercial Invoice. Failure to submit a completed and signed Commercial Invoice can result in delays at U.S. Customs. Please also include a written or typed notice that indicates the nature of the problem, and lists both technical and business contacts at your organization for this order. We also must have return shipping instructions before we can return the equipment.
It is important that you place copies of all documentation inside the box with the instrument. A copy of the Commercial Invoice should be placed on the outside of the shipping box. If you intend to use airfreight, the address is:

Airfreight shipments should be sent directly to San Francisco International Airport (SFO) for customs clearance.
The Export-import worksheet contains important items to check before shipment.
