Mission critical surveys demand quick after sales support and there is none better than that supplied by our customer service department.  Capable of responding to any site or vessel anywhere, our support personnel have over 50 years of experience in solving hardware, software and installation problems worldwide.  The department keeps complete sets of spares for rapid deployment and can often turn around emergency requests in one day.  When the chips are down, Geometrics customer service department backs you up.  Authorized service facilities with factory trained personnel are located in Sydney, Beijing, London, Toronto, Chennai and Milan.
