Manufacturing:

Geometrics manufacturing operations are housed in a 20,000 sq. foot facility. Each instrument line has its own dedicated production area starting with board and cable assembly and ending with quality control and packaging. A separate mechanical assembly area has heavy machinery used to build sensors and terminate cables, critical for reliable marine applications.

Our production floor has a healthy mix of 25 year veterans and new kids learning the ropes. Geometrics' location in Silicon Valley allows us to draw from a highly skilled pool of electronics assemblers, technicians and engineers – key to high quality and reliable instrumentation and long term company stability.

All instrumentation passes through our custom environmental chambers, some capable of temperatures from –70 to 90C at relative humidity from 5 to 95%. We also employ a shake table to simulate transportation conditions. A separate licensed facility is used for military grade vibration testing for our engineering prototypes

Production facilities include a machine shop for mechanical assembly, cable terminations and prototyping
