Careers At Geometrics
Geometrics designs, manufactures and deploys earth imaging instrumentation used in research and exploration of the Earth's interior. We use acoustic, magnetic and electromagnetic technologies to build 'cameras' to see beneath the ground. Our instruments are used to look for water, oil, gas, coal and economic minerals - even to find solid bedrock for firm building foundations. Our equipment is used to detect land mines and buried hazardous waste, important in protecting our environment.
Geometrics' instrumentation is deployed on the land, in aircraft, towed behind ships, installed on underwater vehicles - even in boreholes. Our customers include the United States National Labs, research groups from practically every major university, and the geological surveys of most countries.
